Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of tiptoeinginmyjordans.site (the "Site") and the video generation service offered on it (the "Service"). By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
The Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
You upload one photo and we use a third-party AI video model to create a 12-second 16:9 widescreen video, in which the tiptoeing dancer in the barn is replaced by the person in your photo.
Results are generated by AI. They can differ from what you expect, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, likeness or quality.
tiptoeinginmyjordans.site is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the original creator of the AI Rumpelstiltskin video, Riff Raff, or TikTok.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Your photo and consent
You may upload only a photo of yourself, or of an adult (18 or older) who has given you clear permission, preferably in writing. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures or any other person without their consent.
By ticking the confirmation box before each generation, you promise that you have the right to upload the photo, that the person shown is an adult who consents, and that your use complies with these Terms and the law. We may ask you for proof of consent.
5. Output and license
Between you and us, you may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. Please label them as AI-generated when you publish.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store and display your photo and your generated video, only as needed to provide the Service to you, to keep it secure and to enforce these Terms.
The barn setting, the original animation and the background music belong to their respective original creators, and we do not own them. Completed videos include the audio from the viral reference video, and a silent copy is also provided. When posting your generated video on social media or other platforms, you are solely responsible for complying with the respective platform's music guidelines and copyright rules.
6. Credits, pricing and payment
The Service runs on credits that you buy in one-time packs. A 12-second 480p video costs 10 credits and an HD 720p video costs 15 credits. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars and may change for future purchases; the price shown at checkout applies.
Credits do not expire, are tied to your account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no value outside the Service. Credits for a generation that fails or is blocked are returned automatically.
Orders are processed by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, in which Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record. Stripe collects your payment, issues your receipt and, where applicable, calculates and collects sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout. Prices on the Site do not include taxes; taxes may apply at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. Refunds for likeness depend on the photo you upload; see Refund Policy → Photo quality and likeness.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonation of real people without consent, and nothing that infringes the rights of others.
8. Moderation and enforcement
Requests are protected against automated abuse, and the AI model we use applies its own safety filters. Content that is blocked is refused and the credits are returned to you.
We do not promise to review every upload by hand. We act on automated blocks and on reports. We may remove content, refuse requests, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.
9. Takedown and reporting
If a video shows you without your consent, or you see content that breaks our rules, use the Report content page or write to support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.site. We will act on valid requests as quickly as we can. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA page.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's code, design, text and branding belong to the operator. Third-party names, trademarks and works belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Service does.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers such as Cloudflare (hosting and storage), a third-party AI video provider (running ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 video model), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in) and Resend (email).
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, particularly uploading unauthorized photos.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from My videos.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change or discontinue parts of the Service. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws without affecting mandatory consumer rights. For disputes, please contact support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.site first.
