Refund Policy

1. Failed or blocked videos

If a video generation fails due to a system error or is rejected by safety filters, the credits are immediately and automatically restored to your account balance.

2. Unused credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Used credits

Once any credits from a pack have been spent on generation, that pack is no longer eligible for a cash refund, as non-recoverable GPU rendering costs are incurred immediately.

4. Quality and technical issues

If a generated video has an undeniable technical malfunction (such as video corruption, black screen, or missing output), contact us within 7 days for credit replacement.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.site including your account email and checkout order ID.

6. Processing turnaround

We evaluate refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are routed back to your original payment card via Stripe.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact customer support before initiating a bank dispute; we resolve virtually all concerns directly.

8. Statutory consumer rights

This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights under EU/UK law. Immediate access to digital content waives standard withdrawal periods upon purchase agreement.

9. Photo quality and likeness

How much the video looks like you depends mostly on the photo you upload. For the best result, use a clear, high-resolution, chest-up photo, facing the camera, in good light, with your face fully visible (no sunglasses, no masks, no other people).

• To the extent permitted by law, not refundable: a weaker likeness caused by the uploaded photo, for example a full-body photo where the face is small, a side view, a dark or blurry photo, sunglasses, or a group photo.
• Refundable or regenerated for free: technical problems, such as a failed generation (credits are refunded automatically), a video that doesn't play, the wrong person being replaced, a missing or badly distorted face, black or frozen frames, or a corrupted output file.

AI results can vary, and a perfect likeness can't be guaranteed.
