• Account information via Google sign-in: name, email address, and profile picture.
• The portrait photo you upload for video generation.
• The 12-second videos generated for your account.
• Billing records: purchase amounts, dates, and order IDs. Card processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store raw card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address, device, and browser information for rate limiting and bot detection.
• Support communications sent to our email or contact forms.

3. How we use it

We use your data solely to generate your requested video, process purchases, send delivery notifications, maintain site stability, and address support inquiries.

4. Your photos and face data

Your photo is used solely to generate the video you ordered. It is transmitted securely to our AI video processing partner for that purpose only. We do not construct permanent facial recognition templates, do not identify individuals, and do not use uploaded photos to train artificial intelligence models.

If you take a photo using 'Take a selfie', the camera interface runs completely client-side in your local browser.

Uploaded source photos are automatically and permanently purged from our storage after 24 hours. Finished generated videos remain available in My videos for 30 days before permanent deletion.

5. Service providers

We work with reputable infrastructure partners to deliver the Service:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, distributed storage, and Turnstile bot verification.
• AI Video Provider: Runs ByteDance Seedance 2.5 to generate the video swap.
• Stripe: Merchant of Record payment processing.
• Google: OAuth 2.0 account authentication.
• Resend: Transactional emails (video completion alerts).
• Plausible Analytics: Cookieless, privacy-preserving visitor counts. No advertising tracking.

6. Retention timeline

Data lifecycle breakdown:

• Uploaded user photos: 24 hours.
• Generated MP4 videos: 30 days.
• Account records: Kept until you request account deletion.
• Financial invoices: Retained according to applicable statutory tax requirements.

7. Your privacy rights
